FAQs
Tickets
What are the ticket options? You can buy either a single-day ticket for one or more days or you can buy a full event ticket for the entire weekend. Also, we are offering both adult and youth (ages 6-11) tickets.
Does the full event pass also cover the camping/all access fun pass fee? No. You must buy a $15 camping/all access fun pass (per person) to camp and to enjoy the great amenities at Youthfront South.
How do I get a group discount on tickets? Order 10 or more.
What is the group discount? It’s 10% off your entire order, including camping/all access fun passes. Cabin packages already are specially priced and do not qualify for further discounts.
Can I get a group discount on single-day tickets? Yes. Discounts apply to any combination of 10 adult and/or youth tickets as well as to full event and single-day passes.
How do I get free tickets? Be 5-years-old or younger or present a valid pastor’s license. Also, get two free tickets for each group of 25 tickets you buy.
If I volunteer, what is the cost of my ticket? You give us one day and you get a full-event ticket (and a cool t-shirt) for only $25.You will still need to purchase a camping/all access fun pass if you plan to camp.
Are tickets available at the door? Yes. But you will save money if you order your tickets in advance. The sooner you order, the better price you’ll get.
Camping
What kinds of vehicles are allowed at Youthfront South for camping?
Any RV, camper or tent is allowed. All cars pulling trailers are required to park in the designated parking zones, NOT next to their campers or tents. Also, RVs and campers are allowed if they are self-contained and can maneuver on Kansas prairie.
If I park my RV or camper off site will I be able to freely come and go as I choose? Yes! We will keep the gates open so those who park at a site outside of the Youthfront South property can come and go as they please.
What does my camping/all access fun pass get me? It allows you to set up a campsite (RVs and trailers will be parked on the grounds away from the tents) and to use all the great amenities at Youthfront South (canoes, swimming pools, waterslide, lake blob, game room, etc.)
If I’m bringing an RV or a trailer, do I still have to purchase a camping/all access fun pass? Yes, each person who stays on the campgrounds or who wishes to use the Youthfront South water amenities and game room must have a camping/all access fun pass.
If I only want to camp for one night, can I get a discount on my camping/all access fun pass? No. The camping/all access fun pass is $15 whether you camp for one night or for the whole weekend.
Are grills allowed? Yes. You can bring a reasonably sized, self-contained grill or camp stove. No fire pits allowed.
Are cabins available? Yes, but only a limited number at a cost of $2,000 per cabin. Each cabin has 18 beds, and if you rent the cabin you also get 18 full event passes and 18 camping/all access fun passes. Each cabin also has five showers and five toilets. A cabin can hold 6 additional people; however, the extras would need to provide their own beds and would need to purchase their own full event passes and camping/all access fun passes. An adult "cabin captain" is required in each cabin to oversee the group. Campers need to bring their own bedding and towels.
Are the cabins air conditioned? Yes.
